World Health Organization

According to the World Health Organization, middle-aged adults should do at least 10 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise a week. The WHO's advice is to divide that time into half-hour-a-day sessions, but for most people that time is too much and impossible to accommodate in the busy daily routine.

Taking into account this reality, the BBC program Trust me, I am a doctor (https://foodsocietyx.com, I am a doctor) raised the possibility that instead of doing the half hour of exercise continuously, that time in small sessions of five minutes that can be done at different times of the day.
